Lolobuy Links Not Working? Fixing Your Haul List

Short answer: Links on a haul list stop working when they were saved as short share links, lost the item number, point to a shop rather than a product, or belong to a removed listing. Replace them with full product URLs, run each through our link converter, and swap removed items for alternatives.

Go through the list

For each saved link:

  1. Open it in a browser and let the product page load.
  2. Copy the address from the bar; it should contain an itemID (Weidian), an id (Taobao or Tmall) or /offer/number.html (1688).
  3. Paste only that URL into the converter.

What "Unsupported" means

The converter only builds Lolobuy's own link format from a recognised product URL and never guesses. Shop pages, search results, images and incomplete links are reported as unsupported.

Removed or changed items

If our product page opens but Lolobuy cannot find the item, the seller probably changed or removed it after our last catalog refresh. Use Alternatives or browse best finds for a replacement and update your list.

Lolobuy page is empty

Refresh after a moment. If it persists, give Lolobuy support the original marketplace URL.
